Good airport hotel.

Located in T2 at KLIA. Easy 10 minute walk, though there is a free shuttle service too. Good room, bars and restaurants reasonably priced. Note: if you need to transfer to KLIA T1 you can either get the train from T2 or get a taxi which takes about 10 minutes.

Beautiful hotel

The room was super and the hotel felt very swish. The shuttle bus service was particularly useful as it is quite a walk to the airport, albeit on a covered pathway.

Wasn’t there long enough to take advantage of the facilities. Such a shame.

but very pricey. most time this is the only hotel that accommodates my travelling for business especially for early morning flight.

All in all excellent. Especially the Buggy service to Terminal.

I loved the fact that as a smoker, i could sit in a beautiful lounge in an armchair and have a drink and smoke, without feeling like a Leper.

Great Airport Hotel

Really easy to find as you come out if arrivals Hall. Very well signposted. As we walked through we were. Greeted with a buggy and they asked if we were going to Sama Sama. They then took us through. Checkin was very efficient and they had upgraded us to a premier room that had access to the breakfast on that floor. All very good for an overnight stay. Would stay here again no problem.

Excellent airport hotel.

Excellent airport hotel. Staff was superb. Buggy service is 24hours. Very comfortable room. Very near to airport cafeteria (2nd floor of the airport).

Exceeded expectations and soooo convenient!

Food, facilities and location all exceptional.

Aircon is too noisy at night - needs a super quiet setting. Also the light switches are impossible to operate at night - too complicated to know what switch operates which light. Should be really simple, especially in the dark.

Immaculate and ideally located.

Location to airport and golf cart access. Hotel is immaculate and staff very helpful.

Aircon did not have a super quiet setting for sleeping at night. Very difficult to find the right switch for the lights - too many options.

Just for transit

Room was very clean except the carpet floor. Reception staffs were not very kind but ok. Buggy driver was driving a bit fast so my daughter was scared.

We ordered two fruit juice at the pool side bar. We waited half an hour but the juices were not ready. The staff said it would take another 5 min, so we cancelled the order.

Great location for the airport - there is a special tunnel that they drive their buggy in to get your straight to the terminal We had a small issue with our room and they resolved as quickly as they could

The hotel is located at Terminal 1 when our flights arrived...

The hotel is located at Terminal 1 when our flights arrived and departed from Terminal 2. We had a lot of walking and getting on the train to find the hotel. When booking we thought it was located inside the airport so this should be made a lot clearer in the booking process.

Very disappointing.

Bar food was exceptional but at GBP18 for a burger I should hope so. Convenient for early flight but long walking distance from terminal.

Very long walk from terminal with 6 bags. Empty free shuttle drove straight past us as we struggled with bags! Room was filthy. Carpet full of stains and black hairs everywhere. Over complicated lighting system did not work. We tried calling reception but phone didn't work either! Sink took 10 minutes to drain. Shower door wouldn't stay shut. Loose taps. Tile grouting and seals around shower stained with grime. Layer of dust around t.v, mirrors and lamps. Window drapes control fell off wall when I touched it leaving wires exposed. No sign to say if bottled water was complimentary so didn't drink it after seeing mini bar prices. Such a shame they don't pay as much attention to the rooms as they do to the beautiful lobby area.
